Our Process
Our Detailed Process
1
Contact Us for Initial Estimate
Simply email us the details of your job and your contact info. It is crucial that from the start we get as much information about your project as possible. The more information we have the more accurate your estimate will be. Once we have your information, we’ll reach out and schedule a brief call to clarify any missing pieces and put together an initial estimate to send to you.
2
Estimate Approval & Design & Initial Drawings
After reviewing your estimate, please contact us with any questions, and let us know once you approve. Once approved, our design/engineering department will go to work creating initial drawings that are unique to your space and tastes. Once completed, you will receive an email with a set of detailed drawings, including 3D renderings, to provide a clear picture of how your space will look.
3
Review Drawings & Approve Final Drawings & Pricing
Review these drawings carefully as they show exactly what your cabinetry will look like. We’ll take your feedback and make all necessary revisions to your project ensuring you’re getting the cabinetry you desire. You’ll receive another email with revised drawings for your review and approval. Upon approval, final pricing for your project will be given based on the approved drawings. We require a signed set of drawings and approved estimate, along with an initial deposit, to put your project into production.
4
Construction
After receiving your signed drawings, estimate and deposit, production of your project will begin. Next, we’ll schedule an expected installation date, and your project will be put into the hands of our skilled craftsmen. They’ll bring the drawings to reality and take your project through our multistep quality control process to ensure your cabinets are what you ordered and meet our high-quality standards. As your expected installation date draws near, we’ll reach out to confirm.
5
Installation
We’ll reach out a couple of days before your installation date to verify that your jobsite is ready. After that verification, our installation team will make sure your cabinetry is professionally installed in a timely manner.
6
Final Adjustments
Once your project has been painted/stained, countertops installed, and all plumbing and electrical work is done, you’ll be ready for final adjustments. Please reach out 3-5 business days before you’d like us to come out. Our team will install all shelves, pullouts, and other accessories, and make sure that your doors and drawers are lined up and functioning properly.
